Ordered a shirt that was way too small and now they want me to pay to send it back

I ordered a shirt from stillhere.com, and it was supposed to ship from the USA. I got a size 4XL. The shirt that showed up was actually a 1XL. It's way too small, fits like a child's shirt.

I asked for a refund. They told me it would cost $88 to return it to China and that I have to pay that. They offered me 30% off to just keep the shirt. I don't want to pay for a shirt I can't even wear.

This has been going on for over a week. Now they're saying I only had 14 days to return it. It's just bad business.
