Ordered a backpack from StockyardX, only got the pencil case and then got blocked.

I ordered a leather pencil case and a leather backpack from StockyardX. I got the pencil case, but the backpack never showed up. I’ve emailed them a bunch of times asking about it. Every time they just say there was a mix-up at the warehouse. That’s it. No shipping, no refund, nothing.

It’s been over a month now. I tried reaching out on their Instagram and Facebook pages, and they just blocked me. So I can’t even ask them about it publicly or let other people know what’s going on. I want a refund for the backpack, or they need to ship it out right now with real tracking.
