Ordered pants from StretchActive but got wrong brand sent

I ordered one pair of Stretch Active pants in Regular length. They weren’t long enough for me. So I shopped again and put 3 pairs in white, black, and ocean blue in my cart. I had to wait until I had the money to pay for them.

When the pants finally arrived, I knew right away they were NOT the same. They’re New Sport brand, have very little stretch. I planned to return them. I sent an email to [email protected] but I don’t expect a response.

I’m on a fixed income and the $65 I just lost would buy a lot of food for me. These people are stealing orders from StretchActive. That’s who I placed my order with.
