Ordered from a website over a month ago, no item and no replies

My daughter placed an order on December 29th, order number 2800. It's been over a month now with no updates. She emailed them and got nothing back.

I tried to contact the company too, using the contact form on their webpage. That's the only way to reach them. No response. My daughter tried again, same thing. I was even willing to be patient if there was just a delay, but you can't work with someone who won't talk to you. Forty dollars is gone.
