Phishing email using my PayPal name and email

I got this email that looked like it was from PayPal but it wasn't. They used my real name and my email address from my PayPal account so at first I thought it was legit. The email had a phone number 1(808) 664-6172 and an address for Stripe at 2660 Monterey Rd San Jose CA 95111.

I didn't lose any money but it felt really off. Like how did they get my info from PayPal? The whole thing was a phishing attempt. I didn't click anything or call the number. Just wanted to report it.
