Ordered grow kits and seeds that died in three days

I ordered marijuana grow kits with seeds from Strng Seeds. The seeds sprouted and then died in like 3 days. I also tried to install their grow app a bunch of times and it never worked.

When the seeds died they refused to honor their replacement guarantee. Just lies and runarounds. I did everything they asked and they offered me a $30 credit. I took it just to be done with it and they still won't refund me. I've been told I'd get replacements 3 different times with 3 different caveats that I did and still they string me along. I found out through reviews after the fact that they do this a lot.
