Ordered shoes that never showed up and email bounced back

I bought a pair of shoes online from strongusshoes.com. They sent me a notification saying the shoes were delivered so I went to the post office to pick them up but they didn't have anything for me.

I tried contacting the company through the email on their website and got an email back saying it wasn't a legitimate email address. So I'm out $35.99 and have no shoes and no way to get ahold of anyone.
