Paid for shirts from a game ad and package never came
I kept checking the tracking through September. Then on October 4, 2026 I looked again and it said delivered on September 27. But I never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] with my order number and tracking and told them I didn't receive my order. No reply from them at all.
I'm heading to my bank today to get a new debit card because I'm worried my checking account got compromised.
Ordered from an ad and still waiting three weeks later
They said it would ship in 3 to 5 days. It has been almost three weeks now and nothing. I emailed [email protected] and got no real answer back. Just want my money back at this point.

Then they said it was delivered but it never was. I got an email from them saying maybe it went to a neighbor or the post office messed up. But the post office has nothing to do with it. I think they send that reply just to throw you off so you stop asking. They never offered a replacement or my money back.
I contacted Capital One once I realized what was going on and they started an investigation. I just want my money back. Their email is [email protected] but I don't expect much from them.

That was a few weeks ago. I never got any shipping info or anything. I tried emailing them back to ask about my order but nobody ever replied. The money is just gone and I have nothing to show for it. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else falls for it.

I tried to figure out what happened but there's no real way to get a hold of anyone. The tracking just says delivered and that's it. So now I'm out the money and don't have the stuff I paid for.

Then on July 13th my email got hacked. Got a scam email from USPS saying they couldn't deliver my package and needed more info. I didn't reply to that. On July 18th I asked for an immediate refund because the package still wasn't here and my email got hacked. That same day they showed a tracking number saying it was delivered but there was nothing on my property. Now they won't reply to my emails at all. Lost $33.98.
