Double charged for an order and no one will answer

I placed an order on their website styledbysusan.com and when I checked out the order got billed twice. I emailed them a bunch of times, never heard anything back. Called the number they had listed, (339) 309-6478, and it just rang busy every single time I tried.

Their policy says you can cancel an order within 30 minutes. I emailed them like a minute after I placed it. After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they finally emailed me back and said I couldn't cancel. So now I'm stuck with a double charge and no items. Their address is in Kingston, MA.

Ordered shoes online but no company name on the label

I went online and did a search for the type and color of shoes I wanted. Saw some I liked and ordered them, which I do pretty often. They came and the quality was just really poor, not like the picture at all.

When I looked for the company name on the label inside the shoe there was nothing there. So I took the address that was on the label and googled it. Thats when I saw stuff about the location being part of some scam. I paid about 80 dollars for these and now I feel like I got ripped off. Their website is styledbysusan.com and the email is [email protected].

Ordered sandals from Styled by Susan and never got them

I ordered orthopedic sandals from their website styledbysusan.com and it’s been 10 days now and nothing. I paid 80 dollars. I try calling the business phone line at (339) 309-6478 and it’s always busy. They just took my money.

I also emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I don’t know what else to do. I filed a complaint with the police and the FBI and my bank too to try and get my money back. Do not buy from Styled by Susan. It’s a scam.
