Harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and it's really aggressive and rude. I've told them to stop, but they just keep calling.

I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. I don't even know how they got my information. It feels like it might be connected to a purchase I made on Styledease.com, where I lost about $30, but I'm not sure.

I just want the calls to stop. It's constant.

Bought a hoodie for $23, then they charged my card another $40.

I was on Facebook and saw a post for a Stitch hoodie. I clicked it and it took me to the page, so I bought it. It was about $23.

Then today, March 3rd, I see they took another payment out of my Venmo card. This one was for $40. I only bought the one hoodie, so I don't know what this second charge is for.
