Ordered online and never got my item
They emailed me from [email protected] with the delivery confirmation. But it just didn't happen. I lost about 67 dollars on this. I tried to reach them but no reply.
I don't know what else to do about it. Just wanted to put this out there so people know.
Ordered a US flag from a veteran and got a fake tracking number from China
Then I got an email saying it might be late. On July 9th I got an update that it was delivered on July 1. I replied and said it wasn't delivered. They told me to check with my neighbors and see if maybe someone took it. I had been home those two weeks.
Then they said it had to be at the post office and gave me a USPS tracking number. The post office said they could not give me a picture of the package for privacy reasons but they could tell me the package had a different address and a different name on it. They said they have seen this scam before where they get a tracking number of a place close by to show the package was delivered.
Ordered from their site and got cheap knockoff instead
I tried to get a full refund but they said no because they are located internationally and shipping it back would be too expensive for them. They offered me a small refund instead but I don't think that's fair. I didn't get what I paid for.
