Facebook ad showed a big water sprinkler but I got a tiny piece of junk

I saw this ad on Facebook for a water sprinkler that runs on solar power for your pool or fish pond whatever. In the video it was big like 18 to 24 inches across and the water was shooting straight up looked really impressive.

So I bought two of them one for each pool in my family. What showed up was this little 6 inch piece of nothing like something from a bubble gum machine. One of them got sucked right into the side skimmer and I became a laughing stock.

I tried to return them and all I get is we will give you $6 for your trouble and keep the product. I told them 14 times I want my money back. Each time they go up a dollar I am at $19 now. I just want my $60 back. They advertise one thing and give you something different.
