Got a long, weird job offer email from Success Recruit

I got this email that says it wants to "follow up thoughtfully" about some Senior Vice President of Operations job. The whole thing is super long, just going on and on about the job duties and my experience. It ends by asking if I'm open to a confidential talk.

It's signed by Isabella Foster, who says she's a Talent Acquisition Manager for Success Recruit in Long Beach, CA. The phone number is 213-774-2189 and the email is from [email protected]. The website is www.successrecruit.com.

The whole email just felt off. It's way too detailed for a cold contact and the wording is just strange. I never applied for anything with them. It seems like a scam.
