Got an email about a loan proposal I never asked for

I got an email out of the blue from someone named NC at Sudden Funding. It said it's been several weeks since they shared a proposal to their brokers for me. I never asked for any proposal. They listed all these details for a $190,000 loan with monthly payments. They asked if I wanted to take the next steps.

The email came from [email protected] and said their address is 40 Wall Street in New York. At the end it said I could reply 'not interested' and wouldn't get more emails. I don't know how they got my information or why they're contacting me about a loan I didn't apply for.
