Charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I made a one-time purchase from Sugar baby skin care. It took two whole months to get my product. Then they made another purchase using my debit card without my permission.

I emailed them to say I didn’t make that charge. They told me I signed up for a subscription, but I never did. They refused to cancel it or stop the payment. They wouldn’t give me my money back either, and then they just stopped emailing me.
