Ordered from Facebook ad, turned into unwanted subscription

I placed an order after seeing an ad on Facebook. Nobody told me it was a subscription until I saw the second withdrawal from my bank account. Then they said I had to get three months worth sent to me first before I could cancel.

So I waited the three months, called them, and they told me to send before and after pictures to show there was no change. I did that. They said they would call me later that day to talk about a refund. That day never came.

Now I've called and emailed over and over and get no response. Calls go straight to voicemail with an automated message saying they will call back. They never do. I am really disappointed. It is not just about the money but the complete lack of customer service. I was not surprised when I saw other people had been taken advantage of too. Sugar Baby Skincare needs to be held accountable for this.
