Someone offered to pay my credit card with account numbers

I got a message from someone on Sugar Daddy Meet saying they would pay off my credit card. They gave me an account and routing number. It felt strange so I didn't do anything with it. I didn't lose any money but it didn't feel right. The phone number they used was (628) 306-9591. I just wanted to report it because it seemed like a romance scam or something.
