Ordered from them before but now they tricked me into a subscription

I have ordered from Sugarbaby before and never had this problem. This time I saw there was a new subscription option so I made sure to remove it before placing my order. But they still enrolled me in the subscription anyway.

I have emailed them, sent messages through their website, and called but nobody answers. The cancel subscription link just gives me an error message and says to contact them directly. I see other people having the same issue online. I just dont understand why a company would lose customers by doing this to us.

Now I will have to cancel my card so I dont get charged.
