Unauthorized subscription charges after one time purchase
Ordered skincare, got a subscription and no delivery
After I paid, they gave me a USPS tracking number that was invalid. I only got an automatic email response. The order never came, but on their website it says my order is fulfilled.
Now I'm trying to cancel the monthly subscription. The website says I don't have one, but it also shows an upcoming charge and delivery for May 6, 2026. That doesn't make any sense. I lost almost $15.
Charged $34.99 after a $9.99 purchase, can't reach anyone to stop it
I've called their number, (888) 320-1732, and tried the live chat. No answer. I've sent maybe ten emails to [email protected]. Nothing back. It's impossible to talk to a person.
They took $68 total. The address they have is 2403 E. 4th Ave, Tampa, FL. This whole thing is a scam. I just want the charges stopped and my money back.
Can't cancel subscriptions I never signed up for
I can't cancel it. I tried calling the number they have, 1(888) 320-1732, and nobody answers. I emailed [email protected] too and got nothing back. It's like they just took my info and disappeared.
