Signed up once and now they keep charging me with no way out

I went to SugerbabyCare.co and checked off a one time thing. That was a mistake. They just automatically put me into some subscription I never agreed to.

Now I can’t get out of it. I tried to find a way to cancel but there’s nothing. Their phone number is (888) 320-1732 and the email they gave is [email protected]. The address says 2403 E 4th Ave, Tampa, FL 33605. But it all feels off. No real company would make it this hard to stop paying. I haven’t lost any money yet because I caught it but it still doesn’t feel right.
