Never got my order and no one answers my emails

I ordered something online from Sullivan’s Merchandise and paid $21. I never got the merchandise. I sent them a email asking about it and got no response at all. I tried a couple times but nothing back.

It’s been a while now and I still don’t have my stuff or my money. I don’t know what else to do. Just wanted to let someone know.
