Paid for a tractor online and they blocked me after

I was looking for a used tractor and found a 2004 John Deere 6415. Talked to someone on the phone a few times about it, payment, and how to get it shipped. Decided shipping was the way to go so I sent them the money. They said they would send tracking info but I never got anything.

When I asked about it they told me it was supposed to arrive June 17th or 18th and they would call when they were about an hour away. It never showed up. Now they blocked my number and I emailed them but no reply. Lost $10,000 on this. Their phone number is (208) 352-8191 and website is summitequipment-inc.com.
