They added a bracelet to my order I never picked

I ordered from summoraft.com and somehow ended up with two bracelets when I only ordered one. I saw the receipt right after and told them immediately I didn't put that extra bracelet in my cart. I asked them to fix it. The bracelet is for a daughter, and I don't even have a daughter.

They say I added it. Why would I add something I don't need? I have no idea how it got in there. Maybe they had some add this for a discount thing I didn't notice? Or did they just put it in before I even started shopping? I don't know.

What really gets me is they won't accept a return or refund for that bracelet I asked to be removed from the start. My order was supposed to be around $50 and it came to $78. Just shady.
