Instagram ad for Sundance items took my money and never sent anything

I saw an ad on Instagram for stuff from the Sundance catalog, said it was discounted so I ordered. The seller gave me a tracking number and said it was delivered but it never showed up. Then they said they sent it again and same thing, nothing.

I emailed them asking for a refund and they said they would give me my money back but they never did. I lost $31.06 on this. It’s a total scam.
