Ordered flowers that were never delivered, phone just loops

I placed an order for flowers from [email protected]. The total was $78.81. The flowers were never delivered, not at all.

I tried calling the customer service number they have, which is (888) 578-1711. It was just an AI operator. It kept talking in a loop, the same thing over and over, and I couldn't get through to a real person. There's no way to get help or find out what happened to my order. The address they list is in Reynoldsburg, OH. I paid for something I never got.
