This company may be a sham
I ordered by phone. Later discovered that, no matter when or why you call - to place an order, track delivery, ask a question or make a complaint, in the morning, afternoon or evening - you are always connected to the same person.
Website shows lovely photos, assures your chosen product is available in the delivery area, and even offers "same day delivery" in as little as 4 hours.
I ordered an arrangement for delivery in 2 days. Placed the order by phone. Was repeatedly assured the product was available and would be delivered on time.
At 11:00 AM on delivery day, I got an email saying the product is not available. It will be replaced with an arrangement of the florist's choosing and delivered at least a day late. When I called, AI put me on hold and offered me a call back. Nobody called so I called them back. I was connected to the same woman who took the order. She told me they "wire" orders to local florists who respond when they get around to it so giving them 2 days to handle the order makes no difference.
I asked about that 4-hour delivery service. It's not available. I asked to talk to someone more senior. She can send a request but there's no guarantee anyone will call. I asked for the number of the company offices. She doesn't have one. I asked where the company is located. There is no "physical" address. I asked the name of the company president. She's not authorized to give such information. I asked who she would call if her paycheck bounced. She didn't know.
Given that I was always connected to this same woman who has no supervisor, no way of connecting to the next person up the ladder, no way to know when an order might be filled and no idea of where the company is located or who runs it, I suspect this lone woman IS the "company" and this whole business is little more than a scam.
Ordered flowers for a friend and they never showed up
The flowers never arrived to my friend. I tried to get in touch with them through the email on the site, [email protected], but no one ever wrote me back. There is no customer service number or anything to call.
I dont know where they are located exactly, just Atlanta, GA. This is a total scam. I just wanted to send flowers and I'm out the money.
Order said delivered but recipient never got it
On June 16th I checked the status online and it said delivered. So I called the number on the site (877 600 8534) and all I got was this "Frank - AI Assistant" thing. It also said order 4422363 was delivered. I checked with the person it was supposed to go to and they said no, address was right but nothing showed up.
I called that same number again but could not get a real person. Then I found another number on the website (877 450 2177) and talked to Annie. She said they would investigate and get back to me in 24 hours. After going back and forth they finally agreed to do a replacement delivery today June 19, 2026 while they investigate. They said I would get an email confirmation. I would not recommend this company, I think they are fraudulent and only do something if you keep pushing them.
