Vacation rental charged again for a trip I never booked

I booked a vacation rental with these property managers for a trip I took back in February 2026. I paid the deposit in June 2025 and then paid the balance in December 2025. Everything was fine at first.

Then in March 2026 they just charged my account again. It was for a trip I never took, never arranged, and never authorized. They just used my card and took the money. Over eleven thousand dollars.

I tried reaching out but nobody really explained anything. I have no idea why they did this. I just want my money back.
