Can't pay off my loan because the portal is broken

Good morning,

I have been trying to get in touch with a real person. I am trying to pay this loan off in full. My portal will not allow me to do so. Please send me a link or correct my portal to make payments. You can reach me by e-mail or by phone. 920-420-5210.

I keep going in circles on the website and nobody picks up. I just want to send the $600 and be done with it.
