Order never shipped and AI assistant kept hanging up on me

I placed an order on superarbor.io and it's been stuck on "preparing for shipping" way past when it was supposed to ship. The item never actually shipped at all.

I tried to cancel the order and every time I called their AI assistant just hung up on me. Couldn't get through to a real person or anything. I spent $549.74 and got nothing. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (877) 490-7099 but good luck getting anywhere with it.
