Hotel manager gave my deposit to an employee and breakfast was never stocked

I got a text from super.c.com about a hotel stay. The manager at the place took my $100 deposit and just gave it to her maintenance employee. I wasn't told about any of this until I went back a few times to try and get it. That last attempt was on February 14th.

She didn't give me a legit reason for not giving my money back. Also, she advertises breakfast but some mornings there wouldn't be any biscuits or juice. She doesn't replenish it. To me that's not true advertisement.
