Sold me a hotel booking that never existed

I bought something from these people and it just never happened. They sold me a hotel room but when I showed up the hotel had no record of it at all. I paid $77.64 and they never contacted the hotel or put anything in their system.

I tried reaching out to them. The website is Super.com and they have an address at 447 Sutter st ste506 in San Francisco. They gave me an email too, [email protected], and a phone number (662) 715-7115. None of it helped. I just lost my money and got nothing.
