Double charged for Hyatt stay and Super.com never paid

I booked a 3 night stay at the Hyatt in Washington PA through Super.com. Paid them 295 bucks for it. When I got there everything seemed fine until I checked out and saw the hotel charged me too. Full price, 445 dollars.

The Hyatt manager said Super.com never paid them at all. So I got hit twice for the same room. I called Super.com and nobody really helped. They just kept saying they'd look into it but nothing happened.

I'm out the money and the hotel won't refund me because they say it's on Super.com. This whole thing is a mess and I just want my 295 back.

Billed for a membership I never signed up for through Super.com

I got billed by Super.com for a membership called Super+ that I did not sign up for. I have never even visited their website. When I contacted them they said I was signed up through some third party website but I don't know what they are talking about. I did not give anyone permission to do this.

They charged me $15.00 and I did not authorize it. I tried to get it sorted out but they keep saying it was through another site. I don't even know what site they mean. Just want my money back.

Sold me a hotel booking that never existed

I bought something from these people and it just never happened. They sold me a hotel room but when I showed up the hotel had no record of it at all. I paid $77.64 and they never contacted the hotel or put anything in their system.

I tried reaching out to them. The website is Super.com and they have an address at 447 Sutter st ste506 in San Francisco. They gave me an email too, [email protected], and a phone number (662) 715-7115. None of it helped. I just lost my money and got nothing.
