Somehow got signed up for a $15 recurring payment I never agreed to

I have no idea how this happened but somehow I was signed up for some $15 recurring payment to Shpptct which apparently is super.com. I never signed up for anything like this. I just noticed the charge on my bank statement.

It was $120 total before I caught it. They took $15 out a bunch of times. I don't even know what this service is or why they started charging me. I didn't get any emails or texts about it. No confirmation or anything.

I tried looking into it but there's no clear way to contact them that I can find. This just doesn't make sense to me.
