Website asked for a second credit card after I tried to order a pool part

I was trying to buy a pool part online from Superior Pool Supplies. They said my first card was maxed out and asked for a second credit card number. I didn't do that. That felt really strange.

Now they have my email address and I'm getting hundreds of emails. I never got the part. I didn't lose any money because I didn't give them another card but it's still a mess.
