Facebook ad for skid steer turned out to be fake

I found a skid steer tractor on Facebook that seemed like a good deal. They emailed me a DocuSign contract and I signed it. When they asked about payment I told them I needed to see the tractor first. They said it was located at the address on their website, 8383 Airport Bl, Mobile, Alabama 36608.

I googled that address and there is no company by that name there. So I didn't send any money. Their phone number is (251) 202-6394. Just wanted to report it.
