Phone call about a payday loan I never took out
After I sent the money I started feeling weird about it so I tried to send them a certified letter to the address they gave me, 101 s reid street in Sioux Falls. The letter came back marked address not known. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they called from was (828) 710-0379. I just feel sick about this whole thing.
Voicemail from an arbitration office about a payday loan debt
I called back and told the man I wasn’t willing to pay anything without proof of debt. He then told me my accounts would be frozen and hung up on me. I don’t even know what debt they’re talking about. Their email is [email protected] and the number was (539) 819-3155.
Letters about a debt I don’t owe and now they called my work
Every time I called the number on the letter to ask about it or question if it was real, they just hung up on me. So after a while I started sending the mail back with little notes on the envelope and the letters stopped. But now they are calling my work place and even sent an email to my elderly father about this supposed debt.
This has gone too far. Something needs to be done.
