Mail about expired service contract for a car I still own
The letter has a service code on it, # SC1616204697. They sent what looks like an Oklahoma insurance verification form but it's a fake. It has my name on it and some car that isn't mine. The address on the mail is 1 Midrivers Mall Dr. Suite 200, SureGuard USA, Saint Peters, MO 63376.
No website on the document, just a phone number and that address. I didn't lose any money but this feels wrong.
