Ordered jewelry from a Facebook ad, got a fake tracking number

I saw this ad on Facebook for Susan Jewelry Co. saying they were going out of business and shipping from the USA. It felt like a high-pressure sales thing. I placed an order on February 16th, 2026.

They charged me $116.82. They gave me a tracking number but it's made up. The status just says "custom clearance in progress" since February 22nd and nothing else.

I tried contacting the seller at their email, [email protected]. The responses I got back were cryptic and didn't help at all. I don't think I'm getting what I paid for.
