Ordered jewelry from a closeout sale and got cheap glittery junk
Their phone is (708) 300-9472 and their address is 10385 San Sevaine Way Ste B, Mira Loma, CA 91752. The email is [email protected]. What I received was just a counterfeit product. It felt like a complete scam.
Ordered a ring online and got a cheap fake instead
It took weeks to arrive, going through international shipping and customs. That was a surprise because I thought it was shipping from their little shop in Santa Fe. When it finally got here, the ring was this bright yellow, fake-looking gold color. It looked gaudy and cheap, nothing like the photo online.
I lost the $29.96. The ring is completely different from what I ordered.
Charged for cheap jewelry and won't give a refund
What they sent was just cheap stuff. Really poor quality. You'd get something better from a gumball machine. It's a counterfeit product.
I contacted them to return it and get my money back. They won't give me a refund. The phone number I have for them is (708) 300-9472. They just charged me for junk and kept the money.
Ordered necklaces that looked nice online but arrived as cheap junk
I couldn't sell any of them because they look so horrible. I tried contacting them at their number, 1(217) 729-0504, and the email [email protected]. It was over seventy dollars gone. The whole thing just felt like a scam.
Jewelry I bought was not handmade like the website promised
The product shipped from Asia to California. When it arrived, it looked cheap. It did not look handmade at all. I have a lot of emails back and forth with them at [email protected]. The emails show how deceptive they are, trying to cover up that the items are not made by Susan and her daughter. You can find the same jewelry on other websites with pictures of an elderly couple. Their advertising is very deceptive.
Ordered jewelry from a Facebook ad, got a fake tracking number
They charged me $116.82. They gave me a tracking number but it's made up. The status just says "custom clearance in progress" since February 22nd and nothing else.
I tried contacting the seller at their email, [email protected]. The responses I got back were cryptic and didn't help at all. I don't think I'm getting what I paid for.
