Ordered from a closing sale, got poor quality jewelry and no refund

I saw this story from SusanJewelryCo.com saying they were going out of business and having a closing sale. So I ordered something. The stuff I got was really poor quality and not like it was described at all.

I tried to get a refund. They refused and just said it was final sale. No help at all. Their address is listed as 16288 Boyle Ave in Fontana, CA. I didn't lose any money, but I got stuck with junk jewelry.
