Ordered shoes that were cheap and didn't fit, never got my refund

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Susan Mary Kentucky online. When they got here, the shoes were cheap, ugly quality and they didn't even fit me. I emailed the company to ask how to send them back.

They wrote back and said I'd have to pay to ship them all the way to a warehouse in Asia. Their website never said they were based over there. Or, they said they could give me a 50% cash refund instead of me paying for that shipping. I emailed them to take that refund.

I never heard back after that. I sent a bunch more emails asking where my refund was and got nothing. They still owe me $80.69.
