Ordered a dress from them and got ripped off

I ordered a dress from this company Susan & Sarah Toronto. The material was terrible and the workmanship atrocious. So disappointed in the quality, no tags on the item at all.

I tried numerous times to get a refund but they do not respond to emails. They have my money, 69.95 dollars, and I got nothing worth wearing. Their address is in Toronto, ON, CAN and their website is susansarah-toronto.com. Do not order from this company.
