Ordered a sweater online and they won't let me return it

I saw the website susans-sweaters.com and ordered a sweater. The site says the company is in Colorado and that the sweaters are high quality and hand knit. I paid almost $65.

What I got was nothing like that. It's not high quality and it's clearly not hand knit. None of that is true. I tried to return it for a refund and they won't let me. They just ignore me. I emailed [email protected] and got nothing back.
