Order from North Carolina website came from China instead

I placed an order from their website, it makes you think they are in North Carolina. The item came from an import/export place in Jamaica, NY at 182-30-150th Road. It was a women's shrug size L and when it arrived it was extremely small, like a child's size.

I tried to return it and they kept asking for photograph after photograph of the item. After about 10 emails they offered me store credit. I did some internet sleuthing and found out they are actually located at Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street Yinzhou District, Ningbo City Zhejiang Province, 315100 China. I lost about 52 dollars on this.

Ordered a sweater that came with no tags and is garbage quality

I ordered a sweater from SusanSmith-NC.com. When it arrived, it had no tags or any brand name on it. It's just a piece of garbage. I tried to return it. I had to send multiple emails just to get a return address from them. They wouldn't agree to a refund, only store credit, even though their website says they do refunds. I know now it's all fake.

They told me to send it to an address in China. I tried calling their number, 1(307) 310-6129. It rings once and then goes dead. They won't reimburse me. I hope someone can shut these crooks down.
