This towing company jacks up prices and rigs their auctions

I'm writing about Swat Towing and Transportation. This tow company brings in cars and then jacks the price up so high to get the car out of impound that people can't afford it. Then they turn around and make money off the auctions.

They don't even post the auction time correctly. They shut the gate when it is time for auction so nobody can buy them, so they sell them outright. They also keep the nice cars and RVs for friends and family to buy from them. That's why they jack the price up on them. It's a complete scam.
