Ordered from Swaveo.com and never got my items, tracking was fake

I placed an order on Swaveo.com and paid $83.13 for it. I even paid extra for express shipping. They never sent anything. The website gave me a tracking number and updates, but they were all fake. Nothing ever moved.

I tried emailing their support at [email protected]. All I ever get back is the same automated message. It's just a general reply that doesn't help or answer anything.

The address they list is 6650 rivers ave, Charleston, SC 29406. I don't think it's real. This site is a complete scam. I've seen other people post the same thing, that they never got what they paid for either. My money is just gone.
