No company name on a warranty letter I didn't ask for

I got a product from Sweet Restore that I didn't order. So I called them and they said just send it back unopened and they'd give me my money back. I did exactly what they said, sent it back with a tracking number.

A month goes by and nothing. I call them back and they said they got the package but still no refund. I got the run around for about an hour and they said everything checked out and I'd get an email confirmation. That email never came.

Now it's been another month. I tried calling again but their number changed and I can't get ahold of anyone. So am I just out $238.00 or what?

Unclear subscription for health supplements, can't cancel

I got health supplements from Sweet Restore. The subscription wasn't made clear at all. I didn't realize I was signing up for one.

Now I can't reach them by phone to cancel it. The number I have is (877) 215-3254. I lost $259 from my account because of this. I tried calling but there's no way to get through to a person. It just doesn't make sense.

Charged $240 for a quit smoking product I didn't order

I got a text about a product from Sweet Restore to help quit smoking. Next thing I know, they sent me this bundle of supplements I never asked for. It had blood and iron and cleanse and potassium stuff in it.

I'm on different medications from my doctor. This company is endangering lives not knowing what people's health problems are. They took $239.94 right out of my checking account and put my account in the negative at the bank.

This is nothing but a scam that robs people of their money and possibly their lives. It needs to be shut down.

Charged $240 for prostate pills after seeing a Denzel Washington ad

I saw an ad online that used an AI video of Denzel Washington. It was for a product to shrink an enlarged prostate, guaranteed to work in a few weeks for $39.94 a bottle. I ordered it.
When the package came, it was six bottles of different "natural" stuff that looked like mostly sugar. Then I checked my credit card and the charge was $239.94, not $39.94. They talked about a customer satisfaction guarantee, so I packed everything back up and sent it right back to their P.O. box in Kentucky.
I tried calling the number they gave and I tried emailing. The phone doesn't work and the email doesn't work either. Nothing. I'm out the money.
