Charged over $200 for a product bundle I never ordered

I placed an order for what I thought was one item for $59.99. Then I got an email saying a shipment went out for a 6-bottle bundle costing $239.94. My money was taken for that full amount.

I called the number on the email, which is 1(877) 200-9802. I got the run around. I could hardly understand the representative. They told me I could send the product back for a refund, but I'm scared to waste more money on return shipping and then not get my money back.

The whole thing feels off. The return address is just a PO box in Florence, KY. Their email is [email protected]. It all seems like a scam online.

Charged way more than the $23 order I tried to place

I was trying to place an order for $23. The next thing I know, I see two charges on my bank account. One was for $59.99 and another one for $239.94. That's almost $300 total. I only agreed to pay $23.

The contact was [email protected] and a phone number, (877) 200-9802. They list an address in New York, NY. This was supposed to be an online purchase. I never authorized these bigger charges. It just doesn't make sense.

Charged for six bottles when I only ordered one

I ordered one bottle for $39.95 from their website. They shipped six bottles that same day, just 15 minutes after my transaction. Then they tried to block an additional $59.99 charge and I had to cancel my card.

I called their customer service and they just give me the run around. They said they have to disinfectant and charge for that, and all these other excuses. I never agreed to any of this. I'm out over $250 because of their shady practices.
