Ordered squishies and got something completely different

I bought some squishies from Sweet Squish. What showed up was nothing like what was described or pictured. It's not even close.

Trying to talk to the company has been a huge hassle. They said they'll only give a full refund if I pay to ship the items back to China myself. The return address they sent is for some street lighting company called Zhejiang Boshang Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. All the emails are from someone named Zhang Shun. I'm out over $44 and stuck with stuff I didn't order.
