Order never confirmed and customer service email gets declined

I placed an order on swifteob.com and never got a confirmation. Not for the order, not for shipping. Nothing. On the website, my order just shows as pending, stuck like that.

I tried to contact their customer service at [email protected], but every email I send gets declined. It won't even go through. They took $51.91 and I have nothing to show for it.
