Email asking for my last 4 of social after a loan I never asked for

Some third party email got a hold of me like I had filled out for a loan. Then I get an email through Swiftverify asking for my last name and last 4 of my social. That set off red flags right away. I looked up the website and got a number.

I called and told the woman I never requested any loan and she just hung up on me. Called back and she would not pick up again. The address they got listed is 823 n congress ave suite 3418 in Austin TX.
