Ordered hanging flower pots but got cheap sticks instead

I bought what I thought was potted fake flowers to hang outside. The ad showed these big pots with chains for hanging, looked really nice. But when I got the package it was just single individual sticks of flowers. Not even close to what they advertised.

This is a complete scam and false advertising. I hope no one else gets tricked like this. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund. The ad came across my phone and honestly I should have known it was too good to be true.
